Purpose

1. The lucky draw to be held by MaximusCards (Sola Fide, Inc) is for the purpose of promotion of www.MaximusCards.com

Eligibility

2. The lucky draw is open to customers of www.MaximusCards.com who have completed their registration from June 16th, 2009 until July 3rd, 2009. Upon successful registration, an acknowledgement email will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

3. To be eligible for the lucky draw, the customer must enter the customer’s real name, Gamertag I.D., and last order number from MaximusCards.com

4. The lucky draw is limited to one entry per person.

5. The staff of MaximusCards and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Lucky Draw.

6. A total of 33 winners will be drawn in this round.

7. The winners of the lucky draw will be determined by a random drawing from among all eligible entries. The drawing will be conducted in eleven lots :

(b) The second lot will draw 2 winners. Each winner will get 1 (one) Xbox LIVE 4000 Points.

Result Announcement and Notification

10. The result of the lucky draw will be published on Youtube www.youtube.com/user/MaximusCards and www.MaximusCards.com/Blog on July 4th, 2009.

11. The winners will be notified individually by email of the result and activity arrangement through their email address.

Reminder: Xbox Live Maintenance on Tuesday

One last reminder that on Tuesday, June 16th starting at 12:01AM PST Xbox Live will be offline for up to 24 hours while we perform scheduled maintenance.  During this time Xbox Live and the ‘My Xbox’ section of Xbox.com will be unavailable, and the Xbox.com forums will be read-only.  The rest of Xbox.com will be available with limited interruptions.

When we turn the service back on you won’t see anything different on your console.
