Apparently there is a nasty bug in hotmail. If hotmail happens to dislike your source email address, then your email will simply disappear. It’s not moved into junk email, it’s not bounced (ie., sent back to sender), it’s just GONE.

I’ve disabled junk mail filter in hotmail, add my domain into the safe sender list in hotmail, etc. and I STILL cannot get any email from my own domain…

Hence, please don’t use hotmail address to place an order in our site. Until they fix this issue, we won’t be able to send the code automatically to you. Use gmail, yahoo, fastmail, or a bunch of other free webmail.

Please be aware that we got reports of problem redeeming the codes for Xbox Live. You will either got a message saying ‘Invalid’ or ‘Cannot retrieve’. This is not a problem in our code, but a problem with Microsoft’ server. Look at the upper right corner for Xbox LIVE Service Status.
