Q: Do you sell to customer outside of USA?
A: Yes, we have satisfied customers from all around the world. However, certain products are specific to accounts from that country. For example, you must have a USA Xbox Live Accounts to be able to use our 1600 and 4000 Xbox Live Points. And you must have a Canadian Xbox Live Accounts to use our Canadian 1400 and 2800 Xbox Live Points. Other products, such as iTunes and Xbox Live Gold work WORLDWIDE.
Note
Although we have an excellent refund policy, please do your best to make sure that you do have the right account for the product.
Shipping
Q: How will you send me the Codes?
A: We will send the code in the email address that you specify when you bought the codes from us. You can then redeem the code to use it with your account.
Q: How fast will I get the code?
A: We will send the code instantly if you pay using our Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode. If you are using our other payment option (Paypal, Google Checkout), your order will be subject to additional review and might be delayed. For additional information please refer to our Terms of Payment.
Q: What if I didn't receive the code?
A: First, please make sure that the transaction is already processed by the credit card processor (Google Checkout or Paypal). Sometime they will take several hours, and we cannot send the code until the payment is cleared. Second, please make sure you add our address: info@maximuscards.com into your address book to make sure that our email is not being marked as spam. If you still cannot find your purchase in the spam mail, please send us an email to inquire about your purchase.
Refund
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: If you purchase a code and the code does not work, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 days of purchase. The buyer must notify me within 48 hours of purchase if the code does not work to receive a refund. If the code was redeemed no refund will be given.
Payment
Q: What is your credit card and fraud protection policy?
A: Our credit card processor use a sophisticated risk modeling, fraud detection and manual review to make sure that the transaction is not fraudulent.
If your credit card billing and/or shipping information triggers an alarm flag by our automated fraud detection system, we could ask for more information from you.
If we are unable to verify the information with you or the issuing bank, your order could be delayed or cancelled.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Redeeming the Code - Microsoft Points
Q: How do I redeem the Microsoft Points / Gold code?
A: Basically, there are two ways to redeem the code:
- From the Xbox 360 console, go to the Xbox Dashboard. Select Xbox Live Marketplace. Then select Redeem Code. Enter the 25-character code.
- From www.xbox.com, sign in using the Windows Live ID associated with your Gamertag. Select Manage Profile from the menu on the upper right corner, near your Gamertag. Click Redeem Prepaid Card and enter your 25-character code.

A: Redemption instructions using Playstation Store from PC:
- Go to http://store.playstation.com.
- Open an account on the PLAYSTATION Network (or use and existing account)
- Click 'Account Management' (top right of page)
- Under 'Transaction Management' click Redeem PLAYSTATION Network Card or Promotion Code
A: Redemption instructions using PS3:
- Open an account on the PLAYSTATION Network (or use and existing account)
- From the PLAYSTATION Network icon on the XMB, select 'Account Management'
- Enter 'Transaction Management'
- Select Redeem PLAYSTATION Network Card or Promotion Code

Redeeming the Code - Wii Points
Q: How do I redeem the Wii Points?
A: To redeem a Nintendo Points Card:
- Access the Wii Shop Channel through the Wii console's Channel menu.
- If this is your first time using the Wii Shop Channel, read the User Agreement and click "I agree" if you understand and agree to the terms. Click "Okay" after reading the Wii Shop description
- Once on the "Welcome to Wii Shop Channel" screen, select "Start Shopping."
- Click the "Add Wii Points" button.
- Select "Redeem Nintendo Points Card."
- Scratch off the silver area on the back of the Nintendo Points Card to reveal the card's activation number.
- Enter the activation number into the space on the screen.
- Select "OK" to continue.
- If you want to redeem the card, select "Redeem".
- Once the purchase is processed, a confirmation screen will appear indicating that Nintendo Points were added to your Wii Shop account.
